Account Executive

What we expect from you:
- 1+ years of agency PR full time or internship experience
- Excellence in written and spoken Chinese
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in consumer lifestyle brands
- Operational excellence – able to balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication skills – comfortable in managing middle-management clients,media

Digital Account Manager

What we expect from you:
? 5+ years of social media and digital experience in agency
? Fluency in written and spoken Chinese
? Experience in consumer lifestyle brands
? Operational excellence – able to balance multiple tasks and priorities
? Strong communication skills – comfortable in managing middle-management clients, media and opinion formers
? And, most importantly, a great attitude that combines a willingness to learn, roll your sleeves up and provide leadership and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Account Manager of Red Bridge Communications you will be expected to undertake the following key responsibilities:

Account Work (70%)
? Lead annual and project communications strategies for existing social clients
? Maintain strong client relations through regular proactive communications.
? Manage account teams to efficiently deliver against set KPIs, and maintain high quality performance consistently.
? Efficiently manage annual and campaign budgets.
? Build a network of like-minded specialists who can be valuable in assisting us in implementing integrated campaigns.
? Grow business opportunities within current clients.
? Provide a value-added approach to all issues and projects.

New Business Development (20%)
? Work with management team to develop new business proposals and attend agency presentations.
? Actively observe digital and social trends, and explore latest technology and social platforms to meet requirements of existing clients
? Identify business opportunities and expand agency digital portfolio
? Recruit digital specialists against new business wins

Planning/Administrative/Training (10%)
? Assist in agency marketing initiatives including award entry, media outreach and speaking opportunities at industry events.
? Assist with team training and recruitment of digital talent.
? Assist in setting employee goals, appraisals, development plans, etc.
